The owner/director of Welverdiend farm in Slanghoek, Sakkie du Toit, was recently elected as regional director for the Breedekloof Region, with the resignation of the previous director, Pieter Hugo. Van Loveren’s chief executive officer, Phillip Retief, was elected as cellar director of the Robertson/Klein Karoo Region with the resignation of the previous director, Bowen Botha.

Both the new appointments are effective after VinPro’s Annual General Meeting on 28 October 2014.
